obscured by clouds, one of The Monarch's finest works, feels like a modern take on 90's 2D platformer OST with a psychedelic twist. It feels as though I'm playing a game that's been left in the very back of a movie trading company store, untouched for generations recently discovered. Definitely another highlight from a rising legend.
